We have two function rooms available for private hire. 

Our Tamar Suite can hold up to 130 people, with it's own private bar, private toilets and a conservatory that looks over our football pitches and over to the amazing view of the Tamar river. 

Our Lynher Suite can hold up to 100 people. It has it's own private bar, private toilets and a big dance floor.  

You are able to combine both halls to hold a maximum of  230 people. 

We do hold 18th birthday parties which are only allowed in our Lynher suite with two door staff included in the price.

Music

We have our own in house DJ who can provide entertainment for your party. They start at 19:00 till 23:45; we can accommodate earlier starts if requested. Our DJ’s accept any requests of songs on the night. We can cater for U.V Parties, Themed nights, Raves and anything you want to request. You are able to contact our entertainment manger (Dan) if you require more information or are needing a specific type of event.

Weddings

For weddings we know the importance for everything being perfect on your big day, so we have created different packages, designs and ideas to suite all couples. 

To make your day easier we also have our in-house decorators to help setup and help make your day easier and less of a stress.

Decorations

We can help decorate the room for you with our own in-house decorators. We are able to help create the look that you require either on your big day or to decorate for the occasion. Quotes are done on an individual basis. For prices, please contact The Parkway.

Food

We can cater for any events with our options of buffet menus. Our buffet food is prepared on the day of the occasion and is freshly delivered from our supplier. Our chiefs are able to adapts our buffet to suite your needs and requirements. 

If you have any special requirements or needs please speak to a member of staff when booking or before day of occasion. 

If what we offer doesn’t suite you, we are able to look into other alternative to suite you and your occasion.
